What Happens After You Submit

We review every submission manually. The process typically takes 5-7 business days. We may follow up with additional questions about your training background and treatment protocol. Priority is given to practitioners with verifiable Japanese certification (Yamano, Shiseido, Japan Head Spa Association, or documented apprenticeship).

Treatment transparency — Clear description of treatment steps, session length, and pricing.
Scalp analysis capability — Use of diagnostic tools (scalp camera/microscope) as part of the treatment.
Positive visitor experiences — Consistent feedback about quality and authenticity.
